RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team at support@jewellerybymai.com to arrange a return within 7 days from delivery. All returned items must be in original condition and packaging, unused, unworn and unassembled. 

Exclusions of Returns:

- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer any returns for earrings unless defective.

- Sale items: All discounted and on-sale products cannot be returned.

- Free gifts: Free gifts included in your purchases cannot be returned.

All returned item costs are the customer's responsibility. To ensure we can receive your return safely, we strongly recommend returning your item by registered/tracked mail. Jewellery by Mai does not take responsibility for lost parcels.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. For international customers, customs, duties, currency conversion fees, and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Return Process

We have strict quality control over our jewellery, however if you believe that your item is defective, our return process is as follows:

1) Contact our support team as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery) at support@jewellerybymai.com and include your name, details of why you believe the item is faulty, photos of the item and proof of purchase.

2) Our support team will carefully review your application. Please allow 2-3 weeks and we will get back to you.

3) If your item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund. Refunds will be paid back to the original method of payment. We are not able to offer exchanges at this time.
